Place oil under tongue and wait 1 minute for best results (this is known as sublingual administration, the oil is absorbed through tissue under the tongue, it is the most effective way to dose with oil)
Below is a rough starting point for your dosing, when in doubt start lower and gradually increase dosage until desired effect is realized. Optimal results are achieved after 2-4 weeks of daily usage.
